Travel AI Rescue (digital service)
Price: Shown on the purchase page (tax included as indicated). May be purchased together with an eSIM or on its own. A top-up (15 AI replies for the price shown) is charged only if you confirm the content and amount and complete the purchase.
Service start: Available after payment is confirmed.
Usage period: The period you can use it (start and end date/time) is fixed at purchase and shown on the final purchase screen.
Auto-renewal: None.
Operating environment: New AI answers require a network connection. Saved emergency cards and basic eSIM steps can be opened even when offline.
Cancellation/Refund: Before the usage period starts, and where you have not used any AI, pre-trip feature or emergency allowance, you may request cancellation.
